The winners of Tricky Women Tricky Realities 2026 have been announced!

As a kick-off to Tricky Women Tricky Realities 2026, we are presenting an exclusive online special together with KINO VOD Club. Available from 18 February 2026.

The aim of Tricky Women Tricky Realities is to open up meaningful spaces for connection and exchange. Sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for learning are at the heart of these encounters. We’re especially excited to offer three different workshop formats in 2026, designed for animation artists, creatives, filmmakers, and anyone exploring animation for the very first time.

We are already counting down the days until the start of our anniversary festival and can hardly wait to celebrate 25 years of Tricky Women Tricky Realities with you from March 11 to 15, 2026.

FEMALE VIEWS FILMCLUB BOZEN X TRICKY WOMEN TRICKY REALITIES: ALLIANCES Wed, 3 Dec, 20:00 (Tickets) Filmclub Bolzano, Via Dr. Streiter 8/D, 39100 Bolzano Tricky Women Tricky Realities goes Bolzano: As part of the Female Views screening series and in collaboration with Tricky Women Tricky Realities, our short film program ALLIANCES from our 2025 festival edition will be screened at Filmclub Bolzano. The films in ALLIANCES explore intergenerational networks, feminist alliances, and chosen families that open up spaces and loopholes of resistance and care within a patriarchally structured world.
