General
These terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of all products purchased from culture2culture/Tricky Women´s Webshop. The purchase of any of our products automatically binds you to these terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices are valid until revoked. Any import taxes levied in the purchaser’s country of residence must be paid for by the purchaser. Any purchase tax levied in their country of residence must be paid for by the organisations themselves.

Delivery
Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been credited to the culture2culture account.
The purchaser must inform culture2culture/Tricky Women immediately should goods arrive damaged despite being properly packaged. Legal warranty rights apply.

Returning goods
The purchaser is entitled to return their order within ten working days after they have received the goods. Returned goods sent on the due date will be accepted if accompanied by a valid postmark. Goods should be placed in the same condition as they were received together with the reason for returning them in their original packaging and sent back to culture2culture/Tricky Women. Return deliveries are sent at the purchaser’s own risk.
 
Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies to these terms. Place of performance and jurisdiction will be Vienna.Tricky Women, culture2culture, quartier21/MQ, Museumsplatz 1, 1070 Wien

culture2culture is registered in the Central Registry of Associations under the number 433352166. We do not charge VAT, as we are not entitled to deduct input tax.
